Throbbs.Reviews is intended solely for adults. You may only use the site if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and it is legal for you to view adult-oriented material where you are. By using the site you confirm that you meet these requirements.

What the site is

Throbbs.Reviews is a free, informational review and directory service. We test and rate third-party platforms and surface deals we can verify.

The reviews, scores, and rankings are independent editorial opinion. They are our honest assessment based on the information available to us, not statements of objective fact, and reasonable people may disagree.

Affiliate relationships

We earn commissions when you sign up to some platforms through our links. These relationships are disclosed, and outbound deal links carry rel="sponsored nofollow". A commercial relationship never changes a platform's score or ranking — see our Affiliate Disclosure for the full explanation.

No warranty on third-party platforms, prices, or availability

The platforms we review are operated by third parties we do not control. Prices, deals, content, and availability can change without notice. We verify prices where we can and date-stamp them, but we do not guarantee that any price, offer, or platform detail is current or accurate at the moment you act on it.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Your dealings with any third-party platform are solely between you and that platform.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service; do not misuse accounts; and do not use the site to infringe others' rights or violate the law.

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful to the service or other users.

Intellectual property

The editorial content, branding, and design of Throbbs.Reviews belong to us or our licensors. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and reference only.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Throbbs.Reviews and JM Media Partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your dealings with any third-party platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the current version.

Governing law
