The Short Version: Worth It for the Audience It's Built For

Is FTMMen worth it? If FTM content is what you're after, yes — almost certainly. There isn't a serious competitor doing this at this volume and quality. Carnal Media launched FTM Plus in March 2023, consolidating their trans male content under one subscription, and the result is one of the more coherent niche networks in the adult space. You get purpose-built production, actual performer development, and a catalog that's growing rather than stagnating.
